Returns & Replacements

At Comfy Cat, we want you and your cat to be happy with your purchase.

Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we do not require items to be returned. If there is a problem with your order, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

at no additional cost to you.


Lost Or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or full refund.


Order Changes And Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders may already be processed and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements may not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
