Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

If a package is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund may be provided.
